Our compensation is structured as a performance-based management fee. This means we only earn when your property earns. Blue Heron charges a 20% commission rate per reservation, which covers the full scope of our services. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees.

Absolutely! You will always have full control over your property’s availability. Through our owner portal, you can view your live booking calendar and block off dates you’d like for personal use at any time. Once those dates are blocked, our system automatically removes them from public booking platforms so no guest can reserve them. You will always receive full transparency through the owners’ portal and have full control over the rates if you wish to handle them personally.

Our full-service management covers everything from listing creation and pricing strategy to guest communication, cleanings, inspections, and maintenance coordination. We handle the day-to-day work so owners can enjoy passive, predictable rental income.
